VOIP is as much a parasite as spam
I just signed up for Vonage and I have been using the virtual number until my current number is ported and I am very pleased with the performance thus far. I disagree with you saying that VOIP is spam inasmuch that Telco's have been slowly converging all of their traffic to one network and your typical telephone call is turned into digital at the switch in the first CO. Data is data and to say that this voice traffic is "hitchhiking" on established broadband is way off IMHO. The Internet needs to evolve to the point where we can utilize it for all of our broadband needs. Why so down on Vonage?
