Not any more than if you have a lot of emails to download.
The phone calls only take up as much bandwidth as a 64kb stream. And the person using Vonage still has to pay for their own internet connection, so what?s the difference between somebody using Vonage, or somebody streaming video, or doing a lot of surfing in high bandwidth sites?

Just because the phone companies overcharge per minute Long Distance calls doesn?t mean somebody who?s using the internet connection THEY PAY FOR to transport the same calls should pay the same over-pricing.
