Google Satellite Images Not Up-to-Date ?

I have check this new feature out and was a little disappointed.

It does not acurately show your address and the maps that it does show you seem to be a year or two old ? ? ? ?

When I check out the bridge in Newark, NJ where I work, it showed me the bridge when it was still in construction ? ? ? ?

It pinpointed my house on the wrong side of the street and a few houses down.
