1. I live in Canada, and TerraServer offers me nothing but a humbling gray image for a satellite map.
2. As others have stated, TerraServer does not have any of the ease-of-use and integration that Google Maps has. Isn't Microsoft famed for offering these precise qualities in their products?
3. Most of the pictures available are low-resolution and black-and-white, even the maps of large metropolises, like the New York City.
4. For some areas, all that is available is embarrassing scans of topographic maps of the area.
