I find the intentional delays and manipulation of consumers in the manner seen in Australia rather irritating. If Bittorrent gives consumers a way to respond and flip the proverbial birdie to the Australian media, then so much the better. I rather doubt this is illegal, but if it is, it shouldn't be.
