The author has a SERIOUS conflict of interest
I can't take anything written here at face value because the author is the CEO of a meta-search company. Why didn't ZDNET get a journalist to present both sides of the issue? I read this whole thing and now must forget everything I've read because the author has a clear bias and I'm not fluent enough on the subject to question his assumptions.
