Cross-linking, Noise and Noise Cancellation:
All cross-linking is not necessarily noisy. If so, they can simply be dropped. In fact, cross-links can enrich the information at each end of the link, if established with due care and ?annotations?. Thus, the usefulness of the links depends on the expressive power of the links and their right use. Arbitrary linking by unqualified users would be noisy, which is better prevented than corrected. This is only made worse by paid linking, click-fraud etc. So, don't mix Knowledge and commerce casually.

Noice Cancellation: It works only if the ?Signal is repetitive? and the ?noise is normally distributed and its mean is zero?. Let's make sure that both the factors apply for the information and noise on the WEB.
