Canadian 'iPod tax' repeal in limbo

Canada O' Canada!: Doe's anyone know what the effective tax rate in Canada is? Take a guess.
They tax the living daylights out of everything that moves! Folks in the US think we have high taxes, just thank God (who by the way is restricted in Canada) you don't live in Canada.
I live in Ga. and when "all" taxes are paid: stste, local, sales, advelorem, property, city, SS, fees, etc... it comes to 45% of my income.

C'mon guess what Canada is.
