Real bad idea

Why should a person not be able to coordinate with a larger group? Why should a person not be allowed to collect money in the course of their blogging or whatever and funeel those funds to a larger organization? This infringes on freedom of assembly.

For the sake of openess and removing the appearance of impropriety the collection buttons should be accompanied with a statement that the funds are being donated to XYZ.org
