Its the paypal buttons
Donating made very easy and people are much more likely to do so on impulse. Its still up to the people though. It is far better to donate to open source software, amateur artists and musicans, and plain old charity. Bush does push some misleading stuff. That I think what laws should be for. Fighting ignorance and deception. After that its up to the individual to do as he pleases.
