Who is not being included in theis exemption? You and me. This is all about access and money. Once a certain level of money is spent we have to cease. Do you know as a private citizen know that if you make pamphlets and hand them out endorsing or a candidate you must report that expenditure as a campaign contribution? Did you know that after YOU spend $1000 dollars you have to stop. Yet the newscasters and bloggers are not restricted in any fashion by this law. You and I are though.
