Emule and BitTorrent will wether the worst possible supreme court decision
They are non-profit, open source! Little assets to take in a lawsuit. Easy for another to take over in case of crinimal arrest or successful blackmail/bribe/buy-out. Emule stands better because of it already has much more extensive modding and their are at least one hundred very capable groups accross the world that need to be shut down in the case of total abolishment. Many foreign goverments won't give a damn.
