Hard to respond to your note. 15 year old girls having sex is illegal (kinda, in Michigan its legal if the male is 2 years or less her senior). Either way, both are too young to sign distribution agreements - so its illegal in business law.

Since when does "age appropriate" apply to sex? Most people would be hitting you on the head for saying such things.

Downloading and viewing of illegal porno would not neccessarily carry the same punishment as actually doing the crime (exceptions such as if you were the photographer in the room at the time of the act - you are then an accomplice). I doubt there would be a registry for being a downloader - probably just a hefty fine. I don't know! The point of what I was doing to to establish the definition of illegal pornography - its up to Congress to write the laws conserning it.
