Not for the government to determine
The subject of pornography has been fought for decades and the Supreme Court has struggled with a definition, to no avail. Laws such as that in Utah have been struck down in the past and undoubtedly this one will be too.

It is clear that under the US Constitution I have a freedom to view what I want. The neoconservatives have tried to force their religious\political dogma down the throats of all, not just those that have similar views. The State of Untah is going to decide what is a porno site, using what criteria? No matter what they can try it will drift into something about religion and become illegal. The Courts will quickly overturn the law.

Where is the responsibility of the parents in this? If parents are so concerned then they need to either closely monitor the activities of their children or use something like Net Nanny. It is time for the government to get off the back of the ISP's, they are little different than the phone company; they are only the portal to the internet.

I find it interesting that these CONservative politians and religious types to not give their followers enough credit to follow their teachings and not view theses sites. Maybe the problem is in their message.
