How about charge p2p users
You know they will price it on average use, so it will not hit $400 a month.

Your ISP would be a odometer every time you fire up your p2p program. They could keep track of your mileage through a router. That way people like me will not subsidize your mp3 addiction thru your convoluted business plan.

By the way, there are bandwidth caps. They come in the form of an ad that request you to upgrade to Road Runner Business Class. I had that happen once using p2p over 2 years ago. You also cannot operate a server under any conditions. That is exactly what you do in the shared folder when uploading.

Just checking out Kazaa for a week.

Nice Try Clyde
