...low quality junk. Mac OS X is just a cheap low grade inferior Linux rip-off.
I could be wrong, but my understanding is that the BSD kernel was around before Linux. I could be wrong...
They have no rights to any part part GPL softwares.
Did they ever claim to? And which part of a part are you talking about?
