Needing to put words in peoples' mouths a sure sign of..
..not having any argument to go on. You said that simplicity was an advantage of IE, to which I then pointed out that Firefox is even "simpler", and you then ask why it should be downloaded then. So you basically just killed what you just previously said. You made it sound better and then worse all at the same time. Can it get any more slippery for you lairs, cheerleaders, and apologists?
The initial install of Firefox is basically just the skeleton. YOU then get to decide what arms, legs, and face you put on to your browser. So Firefox can be super featured or not at all.
Can you highlight an un-hyperlinked url, drag it anywhere on a page and then have that url open in another tab? Can you open IE with 3 web pages as the 'home page'? Can you open up a CSS editor right in IE? Does IE come with a search sidebar which you can customize to use any engine? Can you hold down the right mouse button, scoot left, which will go back a page in your browser? Does IE have a colorpicker, where you can select any part of a webpage and you'll be informed exactly what color is being used, and be given its info (RBG, hex code, etc.)?
Moreover, even if IE and Firefox were the same, you should then go with Firefox as it has much less security problems, and is not the favorite target of the hackers and spyware authors. No? wink
