But why...
...would Burst 'sell out' if it was such an airtight case? Weren't there potentially billions at stake? Could it possibly be that there was more to the case than people outside the two companies (and the courts) are aware of? Could it possibly be that Burst's claim wasn't as 'airtight' as people think? Could it possibly be that Burst was simply after money all along? Could it possibly be that peoples' prejudices toward Microsoft were coloring their opinions of the merits of the case?

Nah...
