BJBrock is correct
"IT" to flow .... this is an ambiguous headline. How can IT "flow"? Are we to infer this relates to processor time or cycles, paid for via a meter and piped to every home? This is just another corporate wet dream, in which captive, dependant consumers are forced to pay for the timely delivery of something they used to be able to own. Everytime another layer of complexity is added to the infrastructure of modern life, the veneer of civilisation becomes thinner. How much easier it is to bring a country to its knees when there are clear cut supply lines to own or destroy. Water, oil, electricity ... and now, "IT".

No thanks.
