- They would be stupid to sue
- The problem is not that they are doing anything wrong but that they are making use of loophole in the law to do something that the was not intended. They squarely have the law on thier side so suing them would be a waste of time and money. Better to spend the money to change the law and ask them nicely to stop. Then if they don't sue them under the new law.
