why not sue the..
organizations that are supposedly distributing rights to material they dont own? If I were to create an organizaton such as lets say the Multimedia Managment Association of America (MMAA) and started selling distribution rights to various popular movies and songs, would I not be legally liable? Of course I would. So why arn't these fradulent groups being sued, only the end content sellers?
