Encouraging copyright infringement?
I would expect this type of reporting from a non-technology related source, since when happen to put out a tech related article, they seem to normally have only a vague idea of what's going, and don't bother to check and make sure they're right, because I guess they figure nobody will really notice anyway. But people here will notice.
Grokster is not made by Streamcast, and neither company "encourages" copyright enfingement, as a matter of hact, both companies speak against it in their EULA. People don't use P2P software for illegal purposes because they have been encouraged to by its creator, they do it because its an obvious (but not the only) use for it, just like VCRs, mp3 players, and "cigarette" papers.
