Department of Homeland Security is simply a scheme to give away big money for high-tech toys to buddies of the big shots.
There is absolutely no intention of keeping our homeland secure.
Come on down to the southern border and see for yourself. They make plenty of excuses, but none that make any sense. Mr. Big himself promised 2,000 new Border Patrol agents, but his new budget has cut that back to a couple hundred.
He's big buddies with El Presidente Fox, and doesn't want to get his dander up. So what if a few Al Quaeda or other bad guys slip through?
