Court questions FCC's broadcast flag rules

USA is becoming less and less a democracy: The Organize crime of America and is goons (MPAA/RIAA/FCC) must be stop at all cost, they are destroying what America is all about... LIBERTY. just 2 or 3 more laws like that and where in china!

Those criminals (MPAA/RIAA) must be put out of business before they turn this once, great country into a 3rd (if not 4th) world country. The digital flag is ILLEGAL and must never be implemented in any form. If the FCC comes to it's senses and don't force it's implementation, i suggest a class action lawsuit agains MACROVISION to force that parasitic company to pay damage for all the millions of VCR/DVD player/Computer equipments that they had illegally rig with the quality degrading, legal rights preventing macrovision signal.
