Not flawed
If you read correctly you would have read:
"You cannot make changes to copyrighted material, without permission, and then publish it"

you replied with:
"You can make any changes you want, copyright does not prevent that. I can download whatever web pages I have legal access to and make whatever changes I want on my computer. I just can't put them back up on the web or put them in a book or other media."

So we are saying the same thing. Where we differ is on if Google is replublishing. In fact, they must be. They must intercept the data before it is displayed, make changes, then publish it to your browser. No matter where Google makes the changes, the fact remiains that Google is purposefully changing content without the content owners permission. It is made worse by the fact they there is advertising, and dollars, involved. So where was the flaw? Or were you just attempting to flame?
