I can buy a book, make any annotations in the margins, and resell the book. It's MY book, and I can do what I want with it. I'm not claiming it's mine, with the exception of the annotations, and my right to sell it is covered under right of First Sale. This would be similar to a review or a study guide for a book, which would be a copyrighted work, and would have direct references to the original work. You could even have excerpts, so long as you don't go over the limits given by copyright law.

Also, look at the functional result of this. Imagine if I went to your web site, saw something of interest for sale, adn was considering buying it? Maybe some people would plunk down whatever you were asking, but I would be going to google, amazon, etc., and doing a price search. Don't kid yourself that people who are shopping on the web for lower prices aren't actually doing comparison shopping both on- and off-line. Google has simplfied my task by giving me links to click, rather than having to copy a selection and do the search. My preference would be that the links open in new windows, though. Hopefully it's an option.

I'll be downloading this tool when it's released, just like I have their current version installed. and if there's a page where I'm interested in seeing some other links on related topics, I'll be clicking that button.
