the losers
Smaller online sellers that constistanly have potential buyers redirected away from their site. The big sellers have less competition, they raise their prices, the consumer pays more in the long run. Google, their buddies, and their artornies (there will be lawsuits) win while consumers and startups lose.

News organizations loose profit when google directs users away from their site. Their will be less money in online content provision and therefore, there will be less online content. Again, the consumer looses.

Google should stick with a related links control on their toolbar and leave Copyrighted content alone.
