big difference
There is a big difference between taking something out (like a popup or an animation) and putting content into the page without the consent of the person holding the copyright. I can choose not to visit a page or view a popup. I can skip over three chapters of a book but I cannot add three chapters and redistribute it as if it were the author's original work. It will appear that the writer created Google's link. In effect, Google will be changing the content of the page and passing it off under the same copyright notice of the original author.
