Who is making the ultimate decision on
when and where the links take you? If it is the user and he has been made aware of exactly what Google's toolbar is doing and what, if any, consequence results from using said toolbar, then I don't see any issues. It is the user's pc and as long as it is done with his full knowledge and subsequent approval, it meets my requirements (not that that means anything). I personally think it's a total slap in the face to the Internet and the ideals that once set it apart from the rest of the sleazy money and power at all costs(or better yet steal it) world that lets humans die from starvation every day. But then again, using the internet for anything but humanity is what this whole IT industry has become about. I personally remove Google's toolbar from mine and all my costomers machines. Since $$$ has become their sole motivation, I wouldn't trust them with Ax's computer.
