People in the Military would like to use common web sites.
The millitary is also connected to the web. And, html with Java script is not the answer to everything. We need technologies so that web based froms act more like desktop applications. Microsoft would love it if we stuck with Java script and html, that would give them a huge advantage when Longhorn arrives.
