You'd have to be an idiot to do that. Sure it's physically possible to do it but who would?

I mean seriously, would you set up 3 servers to run 24/7 for the 14 days?

Now I could see someone signing up for 14 days and downloading 20 songs and finding it a good deal. Sure it's little be of work and kind of pain to record them to wave but you can if you want. At the end of the 14 days that person might even figure paying the fee is worth it.

I'd do that. I mean I'd download tons of tunes and record to wav format the ones I really like.

If anything this littel slip up is could to be boon to Napster.
