I've got mine organized
Some $15,000 worth of content ranging from old video games, music and movies. All in one database that allows me to search by genre, artist, director, studio, year, month and even combos.

Like doing a query on movies with director John Carpenter and staring Kurt Russell. It's so easy.

The streaming crap isn't worth my time.
