This is frivolous, like all anti-MS suits
As a Mac user, I'm shut out of the MS-backed music sites, not that it's any great loss, but where is my "choice" this suit supposedly addresses? Windows users have the option and choice as Apple has at least Windows covered re iTunesMS and the iPod.

Since the beginning of home computer OSs people have had the choice of many OSs. Didn't stop MS from being sued because they "forced" everyone to use Windows. MacOS? Pish tosh, didn't exist! Linux? No, there is NO way that I was using Linux back in 1993 because that would mean that I had the choice to use a non Windows OS? The definition of "choice" seems to be up to the courts. We will see if the courts decide that no one has any choices with iTunes in the same way a court decided that no one had any choices with Windows.

Bill Gates' "You can have any music choice you want, as long as it's MS owned, backed and/or controlled."?

Steve Jobs: "You can have any music choice (or software choice: OSX) as long as it is Apple owned, backed, and/or controlled." I can't even install Quicktime anymore without be FORCED to install iTunes. I don't want iTunes but I'm FORCED to install it because some people distribute quicktime videos that I want to see. Where is my CHOICE?

Apple hasn't been formally convicted of a major federal offense yet.
