deceitful?
>Apple Computer and Sony are to appear in court over claims that their respective music download sites have been deceitful and have forced consumers to buy products because they are tied together.

I'd love to understand the 'deceitful' claim. Both Apple and Sony are fairly upfront about where their music does, and does not, work. It's not like Apple has tried to hide the fact that iTunes music store tracks only work on iPods... man, they almost use that as a selling point!
