RSS 3.0 has a long way to go!
RSS 2.0 is what podcasting is based on. So what will RSS 3.0 contain. Who's working on it? Dave Winer, Adam Curry, Microsoft?

Dave Winer is talking up OPML a lot these days and the link to RSS is very close. He being the person who came up with both ideas.

OPML will very soon make a lot of noise outside of the blogsphere and the implications for businesses has not as yet been thought through. Sharing what you subscribe/listen too i.e your OPML list and then having a recommendation feature in OPML on what else to listen too based on other similar people's OPML lists is going to be the next evolution. Will OPML rely on FOAF to find people like you in order to recommend new RSS feeds to you?
