Which is why I suggested that's what should change.

Everyone one this planet has a fair right to educate themselves freely without cost. On basic education, as well as cultural and Art. That's why there are libraries, Museums, Art Galleries, Historical centers (like Smythoniam).

Otherwise people would still be using stone clubs, grunting (instead of talking), living in caves, wearing belts for clothing, and struggling to survive.

Art was invented by cavemen for communication. You say we have no right to read it. Have a copy to study for eductional purposes. That means no one should hear it, learn it (infringement), sing it(public display of infringement), Teach it to someone else (broadcast it).
