1. MPAA/RIAA AS NOT RIGHT OF ANY KIND TO CENSOR THE NET
2. Such monitoring system will only put additional burden on the ISP system and slow down net access for all the ISP consumer

The Real solution to movie/music piracy:
1. Save billions of dollars eliminating all copy protection of anykind.
2. Price DVD movies/Music CD at the price they should be sold (10$ for a DVD and 3$-3% for a music.

Voila Presto no more piracy and the total cost is ZERO $
