Umm dude, in case you haven't noticed, NOTHING will protect anyone from the greedy wrath of the **AAs.
In no other industry do we expect the manufacturer to fully police the people that use its products. Even if it's possible, it should NOT be their responsibility. Just to point out how flaky you are, you find this important and yet have nothing to say about gun manufacturers having to ensure that no one gets wrongly shot.

And who is protecting the people from the illegal activities of Microsoft?./
