Im not so sure of it's accuracy
It's fine and dandy if it makes no mistakes, but if it does it will violate civil rights laws and will be worse than the inital problem. Civil Rights (free speech) comes before copyright infringement.

For example JibJab cartoons has a acoustical sountrack which is copyrighted(a copyrighted song) , but under fair use was made legal, and has every right to be share/broadcasted to users.

Civil right lawsuits will be spurned (paid by the government)or federal charges for violating free speech and could result in more money lost by rights violations than in piracy

The solution is to change copyright to include fair use - for non-profit uses (if no one makes money from it then it has an educational value) Everyone has the rights to educate themselve freely with no cost to them with art/culture/literature (whic are why libaries exist). You just been lucky people have been willing to pay for it. But it's not a right to extort money from citizens.
