This is what I've been talking about
Audible Magic's technology is now being used by a handful of universities, including Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Wash., and Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, to identify and block song swaps on their networks.

Universities are a perfect example of an organization that really wants to use P2P networks but does not want to allow their users to "infringe" copyrighted materials. They are actively looking for ways to "P2P Responsibly" but all the P2P software makers have been trying to find ways to make it easier to hide illegal P2P activity. Universities will likely be the first to snatch up P2P software that allows them to do what they've always wanted to do: be responsible members of the Internet. Other companies will follow suit and the ones that don't should get sued into oblivion. I have no sympathy for "infringers" and others that do their best to aid and abet criminal activity.
