A good facility for a community of users and buyers to form and grow. There can be more categories of postings and links of value.
They can relate closely with sales, options, customization, buyer annotation, rating etc. It will then be a true and fair buyer?s market and most truthful and balanced advertisement cum advice portal.
Revenue from advertisement is still conventional and carries seller-bias. Consider two levels of membership?Trial and Regular. Give some valued features only to Regular Members. Consider direct charging or indirect collections of commissions from Sellers for membership upgrade. Reward members with additional facilities or credit points for community service / advice / etc.
