Sorry, but you can't regulate scum .. just go ask Sanford Wallace, ok? Anyway, these companies are using (or have used) vunerabilities in ActiveX to install their crap on people's machines without their permissin. How ethical is that? Since they have essentially HACKED into people's machines, they should be arrested immediately!
