What's criminal?
They buy a legit song on the net with a water mark DRM technology and have to spew out tons of personal information for that. Then every time you access that song in the case of Napster you pass you music preferences and listening habbits to greedy corporation who use that data to for thier own personal benifit. Now I don't mind giving out personal data for benifit but pay me for it! Don't steal it from under my nose with the guise of DRM.
