What he's saying is that typically on these boards you come across as a self-proclaimed "righteous" self-involved know-it-all arrogant condescending jerk. "Ogre" was just his creative term to describe this. We are all assuming that at your place of business that you have this same elitist snotnose attitude.
But of course, like a politician you spin this to mean that we are attacking the honesty of all bosses everywhere. And you KNOW that this is not what anyone is referring to.
