No, my point was that bosses/companies who routinely undervalue their employees pay the price in smaller labor pools and less qualified help.

Nowhere in my post did I state categorically that all employers would do anything. My post, if you will read it again, actually works from the premise that there are differences between employers and this accounts for the poor labor SOME are able to attract.

I re-read my post just to make sure, but since the point of my post was to caustion against mismanagement in general and reveal one of the many negetive consequenses it can have for your company, most thinking people would realize the converse is also true. Good management practices can be a selling point for you company.

As to "Gee, being the boss (according to your claims)." Don't waste my time.
