if more bosses had this mentallity! I used the same method of leadership in the Navy to get my people to do things they would normally not do, even after all the training they get. They trusted me, and knew that I was there with them sink or swim. It's amazing the quality of work you get as well as the loyalty it engenders.

I have worked for people like No_Axe before, both in the Military and out here... I didn't work for them long and the answers to why they had such a high turn over rate were very apparent.
