Point 2: The material avaible is way over priced.

Now you took these to points to create something that wasn't communicated. You misread the posting and assumed they were justifying copyright infringement when the reality of it the guy was showing that any reason for drops in sales for Anime was not due to this infringment but due to price and not being available. So it's too expensive people don't buy it and he made the point to show these site don't make the product available if it can be bought.
