personally, i think it is dead wrong of them to do this. It is also a way of hiding taxes (stealth tax).

Maybe they want to tax the web to control it, because too many people have learnt the truth about 911 through the web.

You can't ALLOW people to talk and exchange ideas that the government are not in control of.
