if you can sell the sand of saudia arabia to saudi's convincing them that it will make their dessert a better one first you are not marketing you are stealing thats one.two if they buy what they already theirs they are not only irrational they don't deserve to be part of the human race .
I think that you meant rationality and wisdom cause they are diffrent.Rationality and wisdom is not free cause there is difrrent levels of them in each person some don't have any others possess alot of it.And the wise rational oriented people are realtivly scarce and they charge for their services.the thing is they might payed for what their wiusdom by getting expensive education or they just learned from their experiences and the experiences of others which took alot of effort and time from them and thats what they paid.So eventhough we live in a crazy world we can still classify who ever buys what he can get for free as an irrational consumer.
