I'm a parent, and I know about file sharing so I guess maybe slim wasn't the only one who went down the street to smoke some crack.

As for knowing about the legalities of it, it is pretty clear. If you share a piece of copyrighted material where the terms of the copyright forbid such an action, then it is ILLEGAL.

I'm not sure about your parents, but I take a great deal of interest in my children, from what they watch on television through to having the computer downstairs so I can see what sites they visit etc. Maybe you need to look a little closer to home before assuming that all parents are the same as your "idea" of them.

What has crashed and burned here is the respect for anyone who could write such an unbalanced, naive rant.
